How does the RollingPot self-watering planter by MyPot® work?
TheRollingPot by MyPot®is a self-watering planter that is very easyto use and will give spectacular results. The plant roots grow healthily in the natural biological perlite substrate, until they reach the inner water reserve chamber that gradually makes available nutrient solution to the plants. It has a great irrigation autonomy and ensures thatthe roots of the live floral centre will never miss oxygen, moisture and nutrients. An integrated water level indicator shall indicate when the plants need to be watered. When the display tells you, you just have to add nutrient solution at the top of the self-watering planter.
It includes three bags of 2L Bio-perlite substrate, one of the bags must be emptied into the module for good drainage and the rest is mixed with plant substrate (peat, humus ...) in a 1:1 ratio. Once it has been mixed, set the bio-perlite / substrate-for-plants in the planting module which will be ready for planting. If you use plants with great root ball, you do not need to mix the perlite with peat, simply place the plants inside and fill the gaps with perlite. You will achieve a great live floral centre or aromatic Mini Garden that can be placed anywhere, and where your plants grow strong and healthy.
